Blank blog article downloaded?

To save a copy of your article, you can click the export button to download your article as a Microsoft Word document (.docx).

However, if you're using Hypotenuse AI in Safari on Mac, you may run into an error where the exported .docx file is blank. In this event, you will need to change your website preferences to support article downloads.

How to change your website preferences

Open Safari. In your Mac's toolbar, click "Safari" and select "Preferences" from the drop-down. Alternatively, you can press command + comma on your keyboard to open preferences.

Under preferences, navigate to "Websites", and click "Downloads" in the sidebar.

The URL 'app.hypotenuse.ai' should show up in your list of configured websites. In the multi-select field next to the website, set the permissions to "Allow" downloads.

After changing this setting, you will be able to export your AI-generated articles with ease.

This may differ for different versions of Safari. You can refer to Apple's Safari User Guide to check the information for your version.

If you continue to face any issues, please reach out to hello@hypotenuse.ai and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you.
