At times, our AI experiences high traffic and we aren't able to generate descriptions for you. 

In the rare instance that you're asked to cancel your generation, we will refund you your credits. 

Try regenerating descriptions for the product. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team at hello@hypotenuse.ai.

If you find a bug in our application, please let us know at hello@hypotenuse.ai with the following information:

  • What device and browser type you were using.
  • The title of your copy and the rough time the error happened.
  • Screenshots, GIFs, or videos of the bug will help us plenty
